ABOUT ACE
65 years of craftsmanship, powered by trust, strengthened by people, and built to last.
A LEGACY OF TRUSTED CRAFTSMANSHIP
It's not just what we do, but how we do it.
For more than 65 years, ACE Metal Crafts Company has stood at the intersection of craftsmanship, technology, and trust. From stainless steel fabrication and machining to complete system integration, we deliver precision stainless-steel fabrication and system integration that power food and pharmaceutical processing, packaging, and environmental industries — where performance and reliability matter most..
But what defines ACE isn’t only what we make — it’s how we make it. Our people bring skill, pride, and care to every project, working in partnership with customers and one another to solve challenges and create opportunity. In every weld, bend, and polish, you’ll find our culture at work: disciplined, collaborative, and deeply human.
We measure success in more than parts produced. We measure it in growth, learning, and trust. We share the belief that when we build with excellence and integrity, everyone prospers. That’s what sets ACE apart. It’s not just the craftsmanship of stainless steel, but the craftsmanship of people.

When you build a company where people enjoy coming to work, you’re not just creating better products, you’re creating better lives.

The guiding principles that shape our culture, strengthen our craft, and define the future we are building together.
Building Our Culture
We put people first, knowing that the strength of ACE comes from the people who work here. By fostering trust, collaboration, and open communication, we create an environment where team members feel valued and connected. That same spirit extends to our customers and communities, where we build relationships that last because they are grounded in respect and care.
Honoring Our Legacy
For more than 65 years, ACE has combined craftsmanship with innovation to solve complex challenges. We honor the generations who built our reputation by passing on their knowledge and by embracing continuous learning at every level of the organization. Our legacy is not only in the stainless steel we shape, but in the pride, perseverance, and skill we invest in preparing the next generation of makers and leaders.
Quality
Quality is at the center of everything we do. From design through fabrication and machining, we blend precision engineering, advanced technology, and the skilled touch of our craftspeople to deliver stainless steel components that meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
Customers count on ACE not only for products that endure but for the peace of mind that comes from consistent results and trusted service.
Safety
We view safety as a shared responsibility and a reflection of our culture of care. Through continuous training, proactive awareness, and near-miss reporting, we give every team member the tools to protect themselves and each other. Our commitment to safety goes beyond compliance. It is an expression of how we look after one another, on the floor and beyond.
Sustainability
We recognize that the choices we make today shape the opportunities of tomorrow. That is why we invest in technologies and practices that reduce waste, improve energy efficiency, and extend the life cycle of the materials we work with.
Sustainability at ACE is not a single initiative but an ongoing responsibility, ensuring that we deliver lasting value to our customers, our community, and our environment.
