TEAM MEMBER ENGAGEMENT SURVEY:
We value our ACE Team Member insight and perspective on how we can grow as a team. Each year we ask for ideas and feedback on our ongoing professional development efforts. In our most recent survey, we experienced a 95+% participation rate, with a significant increase in the total training hours provided to our team members:
2020 = 1,448 total training hours
2021 = 10,038 total training hours
2022 = 16, 653 total training hours
With the ACE Own Your Own Development (OYOD) program you are in control of your growth and development, pursuing your dreams and goals.
