January 15, 2019ACE METAL CRAFTS COMPANY is pleased to announce that we have acquired Irmko Tool Works, Inc. effective November 1, 2018.
Established in 1971, Irmko Tool Works, Inc. specializes in precision-machined stainless steel components. The company brings with it a solid reputation in precision-machined parts and a highly skilled workforce. Our CEO Jean Pitzo believes, “that this acquisition complements our overall position in the stainless steel fabrication and machining industry by adding 30 extremely skilled machinists to the team. This investment represents an important strategic opportunity to offer greater flexibility and skills to service our shared customers.”
As a 2018 recipient of Forbes Small Giants recognition, ACE METAL CRAFTS COMPANY began operating in 1960, inventing techniques that are now standards in the sanitary stainless steel fabrication industry. Through the practice of continuous process, quality and cost improvement, ACE METAL CRAFTS COMPANY has been able to grow in the past by handling a large amount of high volume/low mix parts with sophisticated scheduling software.
